In SAP, the pricing record has expired for the Cost Centre / Activity Type mentioned in the error message.

Back Office step:

The error will occur if the task being confirmed has status TSCO in SAP

Use a simple password with 4 letters or PIN, do not use special characters.

Check the date you entered in mLynx is correct and is also a HR working day.
Alternatively, contact your HR department to cancel any existing leave on this date.

The work centre in the service order should be linked to the personnel number in the DISP task. See the SAP Users Guide about creating Work Centres.

Check the Work Centre field is entered correctly in the User Data screen

The Service Order is not created or the DISP task in the Service Notification is not linked to the Service Order/Operation/Enhancement screen. Enter the DISP task number or the Operation. SAP t-code IW32

An activity type is blank or not selected for time/hours entry

mLynx User step:
Check all the time/hours entries are complete with an Activity Type. Check the default settings for Travel and OSR are maintained in the User Data screen

Contact the back office to arrange a new password if the initial password is incorrect.

The personnel number entered is wrong or does not have a password created

mLynx User step:
Check the number is correct in the User Data screen. If the number is correct, please contact the Back Office to reset your password

Each user must have 2 storage locations created in SAP, each with the engineer's HR number.
e.g. if engineer's HR number = 12345678
1xxx: Description = 12345678.
3xxx: Description = 12345678_ret.

The error occurs when one or both storage locations have the wrong description or do not exist.

Back Office step:
Raise a Change Request to create the missing storage locations
SELECTED TASK IS NOT UPDATED

This error usually indicates the Notification and/or the DISP task was completed by the back office since the mLynx user last refreshed the call overview screen.
Please contact the back office to confirm if the job is really closed.

Back Office step:
1. If the mLynx user is still required on site, open the notification in SAP t-code IW52 and click on "In process again"
2. Create a new DISP task.
3. Assign and release the DISP to the mLynx user via VPB or SAP t-code ZMON.
SYSTEM STATUS [CRTD] IS ACTIVE.
X SYSTEM STATUS [CRTD] IS ACTIVE.

The Service Order status is not released (status is CRTD)

Back Office step:
Set the REL flag for the Service Order. It may be necessary to remove Credit Hold or Sanction Party Screening block.

The lock is still active from a privous or current process.
Locks can be cleared off in transaction SM12 (see also SAP community).

The plant is missing in the User Data screen or the browser cache may be corrupt. Corruption may occur if:
* Secure or private browsing was turned on.
* Browser history has expired.
* Upgrading the device OS or browser.
* The wrong app for your region was loaded.

mLynx User step:
*Check you installed the correct app for your region.
*Enter the plant number and try again.
*If the plant number exists, clear the browser cache and download/reload mLynx again.
*Refer to your device/OS help for information about deleting browser cache or website data.
